Yaw Osafo Kantanka Kyeremateng

Yaw Osafo Kantanka Kyeremateng, also known as King Yaw, is a Ghanaian poet, writer, actor, and university lecturer who represented Ghana at the 2025 World Poetry Slam Championships in Mexico after being selected as a substitute. He trained at The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and also has a background as a professor and leader of the speech and debate program at Concordia University Irvine.
