Ashley Spencer Taylor Villegas Argota (born January 9, 1993) is an American actress and singer. She is known for her roles on television, such as Lulu on the Nickelodeon sitcom True Jackson, VP, and Kelly on the Nickelodeon sitcom Bucket & Skinner's Epic Adventures.
