When the villainous Devil Hand (Yi Chang) steals a vital government document, a Phantom kung fu master (Wong Tao) must use any means necessary to retrieve the stolen item in this Hong Kong martial arts extravaganza. Though a formidable fighter in his own right, the Phantom hero can't accomplish this mission alone, so he enlists the aid of two deadly twin warriors -- both trained in the coveted Seven Star Mantis and Monkey style of kung fu.
