Moments later, a quiet stranger approaches and reveals the legend behind the toy, said to reflect the fear each person carries within them. As Carmen listens, buried memories resurface, pulling her through fragments of the present, a vibrant vintage past, and a stark black and white world where two strangers discover that some fears are easier to face together.
